Urik is one of the founders of Pinnacle LLP.  Prior to starting Pinnacle LLP, Urik was a transactional associate at a AMLAW 200 firm.  One of Urik’s strengths is his versatility and his ability to analyze issues from the perspective of his clients; he enjoys helping his clients resolve their issues through his creative perspective and strategy which allows him to work effectively and efficiently. His prior experience is primarily comprised of sophisticated transactions, and Urik is particularly adept at completing highly challenging and nuanced deals.

Prior to earning his law degree, Urik earned a Master of Science degree in Finance, which helps him better understand his clients and their business needs. This also aids his ability to provide holistic and complete business counsel to clients across a wide variety of industries.

Urik employs a team approach to any issue he is faced with, whether it is spearheading the resolution of an issue his clients are faced with or structuring complex transactions. Urik works expeditiously to ensure important deadlines are met with solutions that best meet the client’s needs.

During law school, Urik earned valuable experience serving as an extern to United States Bankruptcy Judge Robert N. Kwan, of the Western District of California. Urik also had the opportunity to help small businesses manage challenges presented by the pandemic as part of the USC Gould School of Law COVID-19 Business Research Tax Force. In addition to earning a master’s degree in finance and a Juris Doctor degree, Urik has earned a Business Law certificate, with a focus on capital markets and financial law.
