A shoe store located in Inglewood, California, was recently smashed into by thieves using a reportedly stolen vehicle. The event was recorded on store surveillance cameras and shows at least one suspect ramming the vehicle into the storefront, leading to a scattering of shattered glass and shop merchandise.

The suspect driving the stolen vehicle quickly exited it post-crash and began taking items from the store. A second vehicle arrived at the scene shortly, and two more suspects got out and ran into the store to join in the robbery. It has been reported that all suspects involved appear to be young men.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours, as reported by the store owner, Michael Acevedo, in an email to KTLA. The exact value of stolen property that the smash-and-grab crew got away with remains unclear at this time. However, the shoe store, located at 4940 W. Century Blvd., suffered significant damage during the incident.

Referring to the burglary as disappointing, the owner noted an uptick of break-ins since the opening of SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome. This is reportedly the fourth such robbery at this location within a year. At present, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident. Both KTLA and the Inglewood Police Department have been informed of the event and responses are awaited. The reporting of the event included contributions from Kuwi Leonard from Inglewood.
