Early Wednesday morning in the Florence-Firestone area of Los Angeles County, a pickup truck driver caused a significant incident which resulted in a multi-vehicle collision. The event took place around 4:45 a.m. near the intersection of East 92nd Street and Bandera Street.

According to surveillance footage, the pickup truck and another vehicle ceased movement in the middle of the street for a few moments before the eventual collision. The driver used the pickup truck to aggressively push a womans smaller vehicle towards the side of the road, inducing a crash with several parked cars. This wreck left a scene of an array of damaged vehicles.

The unknown pickup truck driver fled the scene soon after the incident, reportedly accompanied by a dog. The Los Angeles Police Department is actively searching for this individual.

The woman driving the car pushed by the pickup truck incurred injuries from the incident, including a broken leg. Emergency services immediately rushed her to a local hospital for treatment. As of this report, there hasnt been any information disclosed relating to a possible motive behind the incident that occurred in Watts on December 4, 2024.
