San Bernardino County Convicted Felon Arrested for Firearm and Car Possession

A records check revealed that Torres was on Post Release Community Supervision and was a convicted felon. The search further led to the discovery of a non-serialized, loaded firearm in Torres possession. Consequently, Torres was immediately apprehended due to his status as a felon in possession of a firearm, ammunition and a loaded firearm.

Following Torres arrest, sheriffs department detectives and deputies obtained a search warrant for Torres residence in San Bernardino. The search uncovered two stolen vehicles at his residence. As a result, additional charges for possession of stolen vehicles were made against Torres, who is 31 years old.
