On Sunday, a small aircraft crashed on a golf course in Carson, California, resulting in minor injuries to the two individuals on board. The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. at the Victoria Golf Course.

Following the crash, the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded swiftly to the emergency. Witnesses reported that the aircraft seemed to have lost power before falling onto the golf course. Fortunately, the golfers present at the scene managed to avoid the crashing plane, and no serious injuries were reported.

Both individuals in the plane, believed to be a couple, were able to exit the aircraft with minor injuries. They were assisted out of the aircraft by bystanders who broke the aircraft window with a golf club. The pilot was reportedly able to make contact with emergency services after escaping the aircraft.

The plane came to rest upside down near a tree close to a practice putting green. The area was cordoned off by deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department as they investigated the crash site. Debris from the crash was visible on the ground at the golf course, but the extent of potential damage remains unclear.

Despite initial reports of hospitalization, Los Angeles County Fire Department officials later retified, stating that no one was taken to the hospital. They also reported that a Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) team was sent to the location to inspect for potential leaks resulting from the crash. Representatives from the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Traffic Safety Board were also present at the site for the investigation.

The aircrafts original departure point and intended destination, as well as the cause of the incident, are currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.
