An officer of the Los Angeles Police Departments motorcycle unit was transported to a hospital following an accident on the northbound lanes of the 405 Freeway in the Sepulveda Pass. Aerial scenes captured by Sky5 revealed significant traffic congestion resulting from the incident. First responders, including medical staff from the Los Angeles Fire Department, were observed attending to the officer, who was positioned on a stretcher in the traffic lanes.
